BackFlow T.O. Inc is a family owned business.  The company is solely devoted to backflow test kit calibration and repair. We are based in Toronto Ontario Canada.

BackFlow T.O. Inc. accessible from https://backflowtoinc.ca, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by BackFlow T.O. Inc. and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you use our contact forms to contact us, we will save your email address and name and phone number for 1 week. This gives us time to answer your request. If we proceed with contacting you or performing work for you, then we keep your name, email and phone if you are a current customer of ours or in correspondence with us.

When you become a customer of BackFlow T.O. Inc., we will add you to our mailing list. While you are a current customer of ours, we will send out notifications to your email regarding your services you have with us.  While you are a customer of ours, we need to be able to contact you and get in touch with you.

Current Customers – For payments to us, we do NOT accept any credit card currently. We only accept Interac E Transfers cash or cheques.
